In the last few weeks, we've given you a list of books to read, told you how to improve your life, and showed you how to never complain about anything ever again.

All of those are important. But I'm here to share something else today. It's a video all about staying creative. Having creative moments aren't hard. Being creative is easy to do in spurts. But staying creative? That's a whole different ballgame. I write a lot. When I'm not writing for CollegePlus!, I'm blogging, working on a novel, or writing columns for magazines. Burnout has been known to happen. But now that my art has become my craft, I can't give myself that luxury. Staying creative is essential.

One of the ways I stay creative is by surrounding myself with creative types. That's how I found this video. It was on a friend's blog.

In 2007, a study came out that showed that "stimulating creativity and enabling entrepreneurship are among the top 10 challenges now facing U.S. CEOs." Employers want creative employees but they don't know how to kick-start the creative process. Not only is creativity important to you personally, it can be vital for you professionally.
