Options for Earning College Credit Outside the Classroom
- CLEP: College Level Examination Program covers 34 subjects and cost $72 and can count for 3, 6, or 12 college credits
- DSST: Dantes Subject Standardized Tests cost $80 and can count for 3 college credits per exam
- TECEP: Thomas Edison College Examination Program exams are administered through Thomas Edison State College
- Prior Learning Assessments usually count for 3 credits and are completed after enrollment in a distance learning college
