CollegePlus! Admissions
The CollegePlus! Admissions Department’s goal is to provide exceptional customer service to enrolled students and their parents, ongoing support for coaches, and coordinating program refinements based on analysis gained through feedback received from customers and members of the CollegePlus! team. To accomplish this goal, CollegePlus! desires to hire a Moses Lake, WA-based employee. The successful candidate will possess the proper balance between desired characteristics, past experience, and ability in order to passionately and competently undertake the responsibilities outlined below. Experience
One to three years experience in an interpersonal related business or organizational environment such as sales, marketing, or customer service
Ability
- Demonstrates outstanding listening, conversational, and problem-solving skills for effective communication
- Properly balances the needs of customers with those of team members to provide support and develop procedures that meet or exceed those needs
- Familiarity with and integration of organizational and data management tools such as spreadsheets, word processors, and calendars to balance personalized communication with efficiency
Job Description
- Works with the CollegePlus! team to quickly become proficient in current internal operational policies and procedures which provide guidelines for effective communication to customers, team members, and the management team
- Updates existing database systems, responds to inquiries both written and oral, and provides ongoing documented analysis for both customers and team members
- Initiates program refinements based on feedback from customers, team members, and management team to provide a higher quality of service on all fronts
Compensation
Compensation is competitive and will be commensurate with experience.
