CollegePlus! Internship Benefits:
A college degree:
All expenses paid! We’ll cover all degree expenses incurred for the duration of the internship, up to $10,000.
A Christian Business Environment with a Ministry Focus
All interns have the opportunity to learn valuable skills that will look good on a resume, such as customer service, organizational, and business communication skills. Depending on the intern's interests and position availability, interns may also learn web design/database management, marketing, book-keeping/accounting, conference coordination, and/or program development.
A focused study environment:
All of our interns are actively pursuing their college degree during their internship. This common focus creates a positive peer-pressure and a momentum that many times causes interns to accomplish much more than they ever would have in another environment. It is not uncommon for interns to complete most or all of their 4 year degree during their 12 month internship!
Input from Godly mentors:
All interns are assigned a CollegePlus! coach to guide and mentor them through their studies. Also, all of the men on our staff have a heart for mentoring young men. We don’t want to replace parents but rather come alongside parents to assist in guiding young men through their transition into adulthood.
Possible Future Job Opportunities:
We are a growing company and are constantly looking for good people. We prefer to promote from within our company. When a need for a new employee comes up, our interns are the first place we look!
