Coach With CollegePlus!
It’s the heart cry of many students today, a coach who’ll cheer them on, be there when the going gets tough, and help them meet real-life learning and leadership challenges. Jesus did these things for his disciples, and today we are still impacted by the results.
By coaching students through developing life-disciplines, improving study skills, discovering life purpose, connecting with mentors, and earning a respected credential (a college degree), CollegePlus! coaches facilitate the kind of world-class preparation that a previous generation only dreamed of!
Qualified Candidates have:
- Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from a university, college,
or bible school - Three or more years post high school work experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ministry experience preferred
- Continuing involvement in mentoring and discipleship
- Ability to self-start and stay self-motivated
Coach Job Description
Coaches are trained to provide the following services to students:
- Spiritual mentorship and encouragement
- Life Coaching
- Seeking out mentors and internships
- Academic goal setting and planning
- Developing study strategies
- Study guidance
- Preparation for exams
- College Enrollment
- Other Logistical Details
