A focused study environment -
Work-study students must be actively pursuing their college degree during their time in the program. This common focus creates a positive peer-pressure and a momentum that many times causes students to accomplish much more than they ever would have in another environment. It is not uncommon for work-study students to complete their entire 4 year degree during the 18 month program!
Input from Godly mentors -
Every work-study student is assigned a CollegePlus! coach to guide and mentor them through their studies. Students will also be mentored by an on-site staff member, and encouraged to get plugged-in at local churches.
