CollegePlus! Work-Study Program Benefits:

A college degree:

All expenses paid! We’ll cover all degree expenses incurred for the duration of the internship, up to $10,000 (Which normally more than covers a degree).

Future Job Opportunities:

We are a growing company and are constantly looking for good people. We prefer to promote from within our company. When a need for a new employee comes up, our work-study students are the first place we look! In fact 2/3 of our 2009 work-study class have now transitioned to long tern staff positions within CollegePlus!

A Christian Business Environment with a Ministry Focus

All work-study students have the opportunity to learn valuable skills that will look good on a resume, such as customer service, organizational, and business communication skills. Depending on the student's interests and position availability, students may also learn web design/database management, marketing, book-keeping/accounting, conference coordination, and/or program development.

A focused study environment:

All of our work-study students are actively pursuing their college degree during their time in the program. This common focus creates a positive peer-pressure and a momentum that many times causes students to accomplish much more than they ever would have in another environment. It is not uncommon for work-study students to complete their entire 4 year degree during the 18 month program!

Input from Godly mentors:

All work-study students are assigned a CollegePlus! coach to guide and mentor them through their studies. Also, all of the men on our staff have a heart for mentoring young men. We don’t want to replace parents but rather come alongside parents to assist in guiding young men through their transition into adulthood.

So, in short, you could finish your work-study program 18 months from now with loads of real-life resume-building experience, an accredited bachelor’s degree (debt free!), a closer relationship with the Lord, and maybe even land a job with CollegePlus!
