Rush Cone

Rush Cone is a licensed attorney whose varied background includes employment & labor, corporate, construction and international law. His most recent position was as Vice President of Human Resources and Facilities for San Antonio based Kinetic Concepts Inc., one of the nation’s largest suppliers of medical devices.

He has over 30 years of legal and corporate executive experience and holds a business degree in accounting and a J.D. in law.

Mr. Cone is an outspoken supporter of distance learning and homeschooling. A past Chair of the San Antonio Salvation Army, Corporate Counsel section of the State Bar of Texas and Greater San Antonio YMCA; Mr. Cone currently provides community service as Football Commissioner and Head Coach of the FEAST Patriots, a high school football team comprised entirely of homeschooled young men.
