Debra Eby

Debra Eby began her college studies at a community college in the fall of 2002, but was soon frustrated with the traditional college system. The expense, discouraging environment, and time commitment motivated her to consider other options. Soon after, Debra accepted a staff position working as the Program Coordinator for the Distributive Education Department, responsible for off-campus students. This allowed Debra to pay for her education while pioneering a new learning paradigm. By the summer of 2004 Debra earned her B.A. in Communications from Thomas Edison State College, in fewer than two years.

Before launching her college studies Debra served with a large international ministry as a regional coordinator for home educating families. Other work experience included – overseas ESL, character education, elementary school reading and math, public relations, event coordinating, and curriculum development.

Debra currently works as a CollegePlus! coach and as the Master Coach, facilitating the coach oversite and development for CollegePlus!

In her Coach Coordinator role she offers support, training, and tools to the dynamic members of the CollegePlus! coaching team. Debra's heart is discipleship: Facilitating encouragement, motivation, and inspiration for individuals in their walk with the Lord and achieving life goals.
